Your Monthly Advocacy Includes:
Appointment Accompaniment: I attend critical doctor visits (virtual or in-person) to ask the hard questions.
Hospital Bedside Support: If a crisis occurs, I am there to prevent discharge errors.
Facility Oversight: Regular checks on assisted living/skilled nursing care quality.
Unlimited Coordination: I handle the calls to insurance, pharmacies, and specialists.
Subscription Terms:
Monthly Investment: $3,500/month (billed automatically).
Flexibility: Our partnership continues as long as you need the support.
Cancellation: Requires 30-day written notice.
Upon completion, you will receive your formal Service Agreement via email for electronic signature, followed by your clinical intake link.
